Q: Is photography or video recording allowed inside the theater?
The use of cameras or video cameras in the theater is prohibited by copyright law and would be distracting to other guests. Additionally, it is not possible to capture the 3D effect with a camera or video recording device.
Q: Where do we get the 3D glasses?
Do we have to pay extra for them? Can we keep them? You will receive your 3D glasses at the upstairs entrance to the auditorium. The glasses are washed and sanitized for re-use after each show. We ask that you return the glasses to the receptacles at the bottom of the theater stairs as you exit. These type of 3D glasses will not work as sunglasses and only work with IMAX 3D technology.
Q: Are strollers allowed inside the theater?
No, all strollers must be parked in the designated stroller parking area in the 1st floor lobby.
Q: Are child tickets free?
Children ages 3 and under are free, but they must sit on a parent's lap.
Q: What are your films rated?
The standard IMAX films (not Hollywood releases) are all considered to be G or PG rated. Hollywood films will have the rating listed and will vary by title.
Q: How long are the movies?
The average film length is 45 minutes. Hollywood feature films are longer, please check the Now Playing page for exact film length.
Q: Do your seats move?
No, the theater is not equipped with moving seat technology.
Q: Are all the films shown in 3D?
Most of our films are in the 3D format, but not all IMAX films are released in 3D. Note that the film title will always include the designation '3D' if the film is in that format.
Q: Do you offer a local discount?
Yes, with proof of residency within Horry County, we offer a $1 off discount per ticket.
Q: Do you offer group rates?

Yes, there is a concession counter available as well as a Pizza Hut Express in the lobby.
Q: Is this theater handicapped accessible?
Yes, there is elevator access to the theater entrance and wheelchair seating is available, please ask the hosts if you require additional assistance.

We have 398 seats.

Cash, travelers’ checks, VISA, Master Card, American Express and Discover. We do not accept personal checks.
